- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.

Fourth: Shipping and Costs


- If the error is on our part (damaged product, wrong size, different order): we cover all shipping costs.

- If the customer wishes to return or exchange without any error on our part: the customer bears the shipping costs.

2. Send the order number and details of the issue.

3. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours during business days.

4. After approval, we will coordinate with the shipping company to collect the product.
